What is guilt? 

How would your life be different if you were living guilt free? Let's face it, at one point or another you have allowed guilt to influence some decisions that you have made or allowed others to control you with guilt.

What is guilt? Guilt is self-punishment, self-condemnation. What do you gain by holding on to it?

Do you allow guilt to control you and influence how you make your decisions? In this article, I'll break down the emotion of guilt and teach you how to begin the process of letting go.

Do you let guilt control you and influence how you make decisions?

Guilt is as prevalent as fear and we feel guilty no matter what we do. Here's what I mean by that because I used to feel the same way. For example, if you're, let's say spending time with family or doing, or doing another activity. 

Does a part of you feel like you should be doing something else like reading a book or cleaning out your closet or working on your business.Guilt is an emotion that when we continually repress it, like any other emotion will cause a discomfort or a disease in the body. 

All emotions depending on the cause and effect of that emotion will settle in a particular place of the body causing some type of discomfort. 

Guilt is as prevalent as fear

How would it feel not to be controlled by guilt? Being free from guilt brings about the renewal of a life energy. Can you imagine living guilt free? How would your life change? To be successful in business and in life, learn to master your emotional state. Stop making decisions or choices because you feel guilty.

Stop making decisions or choices because you feel guilty. Here's what I want you to do. I want you to focus on the feeling of guilt when it comes up. You guys know what I mean and you know where you feel it. When it comes up you need to take a really big deep breath and let go of that energy. Don't think about the thoughts about feeling guilty because thoughts come by the thousands. It's easier to let go of the energy. Don't resistance it, what you resist, persist. Welcome it in like you're welcoming in an old friend and let it go. The letting go is a constant process. That's emotional recovery. 

If you practice daily, the energy behind the feeling of guilt will become less and when you take that deep breath, really pull it from way down there or where your sex energy lives. Big, deep breaths and release and let go.
